Dr. Udaya Kumar Maiya

Dr. Udaya Kumar Maiya is the Medical Director at Merago. In this role. Dr. Maiya is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and improving the health outcomes of Merago members.

Dr. Maiya, an accomplished clinical oncologist brings over 30 years of experience, including executive roles in hospitals and healthcare technology companies. Prior to joining Merago, Dr. Maiya was the medical director of Portea Medical, India’s largest home healthcare delivery organization.

Dr. Maiya holds a MBBS Degree, and MD in Radiotherapy from Bangalore University India, and a Diplome Carcinologie Cervico-faciale, from Paris University, France.

Dr. Maiya is a founding member of the Indian College of Radiation Oncologists.
